Rètina recounts the personal journey that follows a period of mental constraint and inertia
and leads to liberation through self-awareness.
The liberation is told through the journey of light.
A photosensitive yarn was created for the project, which appears white in the shade and takes color once
exposed to sunlight. This passage represents awareness, the liberation of man from the constraints of
society.
Rètina recounts three mental stages of man through the occasions of use.
The occasion to use the formal is
linked to the sphere of work, the office, the social claustrophobia that blocks man and his most intimate
nature. Casual is inspired by the world of the home, of comfort, and brings with it an epiphany that invests
man, as if the light that illuminates him made him conscious. The evening is a return to origins, to the
initial comfort zone, which this time takes place in a conscious way.
Rètina Homewear is a capsule collection that encapsulates the essence of the project. The
occasions for formal, casual and evening use are transformed into three environments: the office and the
home
and the bedroom.
The covers of the collection have been re-adapted to create and tell the sensations of the
project through environments and furnishing objects.
